myGemma is on the lookout for a Social Media Manager to join our New York office on a full-time basis.

About The Role:

We are looking for someone to create content for social media and manage paid social campaigns from our New York office. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a passion for luxury fashion, who is looking to progress their career in social media. You will be working in a small team within the Marketing department.

The successful candidate will work closely with the CMO as well as other colleagues, but will primarily be working independently to produce engaging content. They will be responsible for creating, overseeing, and strategizing the social media content across: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, with a particular focus on Tiktok.

About This Position:

• Title: Social Media Manager
• Location: Midtown Manhattan
• Work from home: 1 day per week
• Pay range: $60-90k depending upon experience

Tasks Include:

• Posting daily content across all major social media platforms with a main focus on TikTok
• Scheduling content
• Engaging with creator accounts
• Community management
• Planning future posts
• Tracking stats
• Managing all paid campaigns

Our Social Media Manager Must:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Be passionate about luxury fashion and have a good understanding of the resale industry
• Be proactive and creative
• Have a great eye for details: from grammar to design
• Be able to work independently but also take on feedback
• Use initiative and be a great communicator
• Be quick to notice emerging trends
• Be willing to share ideas and contribute to the Marketing team
• Be active on TikTok with awareness of the platform’s different features
• Be able to understand how to adapt to a brand’s messaging and identity
• Be located in or near New York City as you will be creating content from / near our office on 5th Avenue
• Be able to create content for social media independently

myGemma is on the lookout for Livestream Shopping Hosts to join our New York team.

About The Role:

If you love luxury goods and shopping, feel comfortable in front of a camera and like to talk…then this position could be for you!

We are looking for people to host livestream shopping events on Tiktok, Instagram and on myGemma.com.

Get daily face-time with thousands of shopping obsessed consumers, help create content for social media and get access to thousands of pre-owned and new in box handbags, accessories, branded jewelry and watches.

myGemma sells pre-owned and new products from Cartier, Rolex, Tiffany, Hermes, Chanel, VC&A and dozens more leading brands within luxury.

You will be working within the sales team and also with the social media team to help promote your lives.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and Social Media Manager, as well as other colleagues, but will primarily be working independently to create the product selection, help produce engaging content and sell!

About This Position:

• Title: Livestream Shopping Host
• Location: Midtown Manhattan
• Compensation: Commission only role during 30-90 day trial period. Thereafter, a suitable compensation package will be agreed based on experience and performance

• Be passionate about luxury fashion and have a good understanding of the resale industry
• Be proactive and creative
• Be able to work independently but also take on feedback
• Use initiative and be a great communicator
